Lancia / Ferrari Thema 8.32
The rust comes from inside the double skin, so it is vital to cut it all out to prevent it coming back
As usual, we butt-welded the wheel arch repair to a standard where virtually no surface filler was needed

The Ferrari engines on these cars are a work of art, and we removed it from the car to detail it and the engine bay

Rear wheel arch rust is a common problem on Themas
As the door was in such a poor state we opted to replace it with a good used S3 door we had here
