They have to be prepaid in full and can be exchanged only for work carried out by Westernlancia's bodyshop. Each voucher entitles the holder to work to the value of 10% more than the face value shown on the voucher (e.g. a £500 voucher entitles the holder to £550 worth of work, a £1000 voucher to £1100 worth, etc.). Work is paid for by the vouchers but no undertaking as to the time of its being carried out can be given until it has been booked in and dates agreed between Westernlancia and the customer. Westernlancia gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or goods other than work carried out in Westernlancia's bodyshop.Westernlancia gift vouchers are valid for work booked in up to one year after the date of issue. The work has to be booked in by the expiry date of the voucher, but once it has been booked, the work will be carried out even if it takes place after the expiry of the voucher. Work booked in via a voucher is not given special priority and will have to take its place among other jobs that are already being carried out and have been booked in. However, Westernlancia will endeavour to carry out the work as quickly as possible once the booking has been made. Westernlancia gift Vouchers can be replaced for a charge of £10 if lost or stolen, but replacement cancels out the validity of the original voucher. Westernlancia cannot be held responsible for failure to meet the voucher terms if the failure is as a consequence of events beyond its control (for example: acts of God, terrorism, climatic extremes, fire, flood, illness, etc.). Westernlancia gift vouchers are transferable as long as the work to be carried out is still to a Lancia car, and as long as the work is booked in by the expiry date of the voucher. Work paid for by gift vouchers is subject to being within the scope of the kind of work carried out by Westernlancia. Westernlancia reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions whenever it may be necessary to do so, and without notice. |
